CNKI is the concept of national knowledge infrastructure, which was proposed by the World Bank in 1998. The CNKI project is an information construction project aimed at realizing the spread and sharing of knowledge resources and value-added utilization of the whole society. Initiated by Tsinghua University and Tsinghua Tongfang, it was founded in June 1999. [1]
